FAQ's

1. How does shipping work?

All orders placed online are delivered using a door-to-door Fastway courier. We ship anywhere within South Africa.  An additional rate of R80 will be charged per order within South Africa. 

Order placed for delivery within South Africa should take place in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

International Orders:

At this stage we are not offering international deliveries.

2. How do I go about Returns and Refunds?

Should you wish to exchange your item or be refunded, please contact us to organize this.

  • Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order.
  • Items will be returned at your own cost.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

3. The item I purchased has broken, what can I do?

We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for items soiled during fitting of garments all items are checked prior to shipping to ensure in perfect condition.

However, there are exceptions where if there are broken stitches or you need a change of sizing this can be arranged. 

4. I bought a present for someone else can I ship it to them?

We would be happy to ship it to them. Simply provide us with their shipping address and give us their name in the comment box when placing your order. Don’t worry, we won’t include an invoice in the parcel.

6. How do I care for my leggings?

Wash inside out with similar colours, warm wash, no tumble dryer, cool iron, do not dry clean. Do not iron on print

7. How will my order be packaged? 

Each item with come in a sealed poly bag in a flyer.
